With the 2022 season approaching quickly, the Dawgs are pleased to announce that game day ticket sales will start on April 1, 2022. This season marks the return of all WCBL franchises returning to play with a full 52 game schedule.
The Dawgs coaching staff from the 2019 WCBL Championship season will be returning in full force led by Head Coach – Mitch Schmidt (Bellevue University), Bench Coach & Dawgs legend – David Robb (Mesa Community College), Infield Coach – Andy Peterson (Linn-Benton Community College) & Pitching Coach – Joe Sergent (Miami Marlins).
The 2022 roster will feature a number of familiar faces to Dawgs fans such as Graham Brunner (LHP, Illinois State University), Ricardo Sanchez (INF, Barton Community College), Matt Wilkinson (LHP, Central Arizona College), Tucker Zdunich (OF, Reinhardt University), Noah Geekie (OF/LHP, Emporia State University) & Branden Woods (University of British Columbia).
New and incoming Dawgs to keep an eye on for 2022 season include but are not limited to: Jake Hoskins (INF, Linn Benton Community College, Jake Gish (INF, University of Utah commit), Kyle Lev (RHP, Siena University), Cade Herrmann (RHP, Wayne State College) & Charlie Patterson (LHP, Bellevue University).
