Dawgs Dominate the WCBL Player Award Winners

The WCBL just announced the 2022 WCBL Individual Award Winners and some of the Dawgs’ top players took home some hardware.

Ricardo Sanchez was named the 2022 WCBL MVP. Sanchez was a spark plug for the Dawgs all season long hitting .342 with 15 doubles, 4 triples and 2 home runs while driving in 39 runs on the season. Congratulations, Ricky!

Brendan Luther was named the 2022 WCBL Playoff MVP. During the regular season, Luther hit .357 with 49 runs scored, 15 doubles and 2 triples while driving in 33 runs. Congratulations, Brendan!

Micah McDowell was named the Dawgs MVP. McDowell was dominant during his time with the Dawgs hitting .381 with 6 doubles, 3 triples, 2 home runs while driving in 24 runs and swiping 25 bags. Congratulations, Micah!
