Dawgs Add Roberts, Howse & Dumitru

The Okotoks Dawgs are pleased to welcome our three latest signings for the 2023 season – Sam Roberts (RHP, Chandler-Gilbert CC), Dryden Howse (INF | RHP, Barton CC) & Titus Dumitru (OF, Linn-Benton CC).

Sam Roberts – RHP, Chandler-Gilbert Community College

Roberts is off to a hot start in second season with the ‘Yotes. The sub-marine pitcher has made 14 appearances while logging 10.1 innings pitched with a 0.87 era and 13 strikeouts. Look for Sam to make an impact from the backend of the bullpen for the Dawgs in 2023.

Dryden Howse – INF | RHP, Barton Community College

Howse has picked up where he left off for the Cougars in 2023. The Dawgs Academy product is currently hitting .333 with 3 doubles, 1 triple, 1 home run and 13 RBIs in 12 games played. On the mound, Howse has made 2 appearances with 2 strikeouts in 1.1 innings pitched. Look for Howse to add versatility to a stacked Dawgs roster as he has the ability to play corner infield and pitch.

Titus Dumitru – OF, Linn-Benton Community College

Entering his second season playing for Dawgs Assistant Coach and Linn-Benton Head Coach, Andy Peterson, Dumitru brings true power to the Dawgs in 2023. Look for Titus to make an impact with his bat for the Dawgs in 2023.
