The Okotoks Dawgs continue to build their 2026 roster, announcing the signings of three position players from across the collegiate baseball landscape.
Outfielder Matthew Evans joins the Dawgs from Texas A&M–Corpus Christi, bringing Division I experience and athleticism to the Dawgs’ outfield mix. Evans adds depth to a talented outfield group.
The Dawgs have also signed infielder Owen Lee from Tennessee Tech University. Lee’s defensive ability and steady presence in the infield give Okotoks another reliable option up the middle.
Rounding out the trio is outfielder/first baseman Carter Cathers from Cloud County Community College, a junior college standout who adds defensive versatility and potential power production to the Dawgs’ lineup.
With these additions, the Dawgs continue to strengthen their roster for the 2026 season, blending Division I experience with emerging talent as they look ahead to another summer of championship-level baseball in Okotoks.
