After dropping the series opener to the Beavers last night, the Dawgs got redemption this afternoon in the final match up between the two clubs after a 15-1 victory. The Dawgs won the season series 3-1 and out scored the Beavers 45-17 in the 4 games. The Dawgs move to 26-8 on the season.

Titus Dumitru (Linn-Benton CC, OR) would go 2 for 2 this afternoon scoring 2 RBI in the victory. Connor Crowson (University of Montevallo, AL) would record 1 RBI while going 2 for 4. Canon Reeder (Oregon State University, OR) went 2 for 5 scoring 3 RBI. Nash Crowell (Reinhardt University, GA) would record 3 RBI while going 2 for 4. Ricky Sanchez (Barton College, NC) would add 1 RBI for the Dawgs on Sunday.

Brody Forno (Williston State College, NC) went 3.0 innings this afternoon, striking out 4 while allowing no hits and no runs. The Dawgs would head to the bullpen 7 times to close this game out, surrendering only 1 run on 3 total hits while recording 14 strikeouts in the win.

The Dawgs will return home to the beautiful Seaman Stadium on Tuesday July 11th when they take on the Moose Jaw Miller Express in a 2-game series, with first pitch set for 7:05 pm.
