The Dawgs defeated the Brooks Bombers in extra innings courtesy of a walk-off bases- loaded single by Aidan Rose (UBC) sealing the 4-3 victory for the Dawgs. The Dawgs pitching kept the Bombers bats in check striking out 12 Bombers on Friday night. The Dawgs move to 32-10 on the season and sit atop the WCBL standings.

Aidan Rose (UBC) would record his 12th and 13th RBI on the season going 3 for 5 against the Bombers. Brendan Luther (Bellevue University, NE) would score his 20th RBI on the season while going 1 for 4. Trent Lenihan (UBC) would bring his hit total to 45 on the season as he went 3 for 5. Alejandro Cazorla (Bossier Parish CC, LA) went 2 for 5 scoring 1 RBI in the bottom of the 10th to tie the game.

Brody Forno (Williston State College, ND) took the mound for the Dawgs going 4 innings allowing 2 runs and 5 hits while striking out 4 in the win. The Dawgs bullpen would need 6 relievers to close out the Bombers tonight as they allowed only 5 hits and surrendered no runs in 6 innings of work.
