Dawgs Fall Short to the Bulls

The Dawgs fall short to the Lethbridge Bulls despite a late rally spearheaded by a Nash Crowell (Tennesse Tech University) 2 run homerun. Standout performers tonight for the dawgs would include Jace Wessels (Bellevue University), Jake Skaggs (Pittsburg State University),and Zane Skansi (Campbellsville University).
On the mound tonight we saw four different Dawgs beginning with Brady Baltus (Bellevue University), Baltus went 4.2 innings striking out 3. As previously mentioned Jace Wessels was a standout performer for the dawgs tonight throwing 3 innings, allowing only 3 hits, 0 runs, and striking out 2. Chase Tucker (Campbellsville University) and Anderson Tordiffe (Clackamas Community College) also came out of the bullpen.
Offensively tonight for the Dawgs Nash Crowell (Tennessee Tech University) was a bright spot going 2 for 4 with a 2 run homerun that gave the Dawgs some life late in the game. Zane Skansi (Campbellsville University) and Jake Skaggs (Pittsburg State University) both also went 2 for 4 with 1 walk each and combining for a total of 3 runs scored.
