The Dawgs are excited to announce the signing of 3 Dawgs Academy graduates- Benito Bonilla (Missouri State University), Brandon Paez (University of Utah) and Chase Logan (Linn-Benton Community College).

Benito Bonilla was an affiliate in 2024, playing in 6 games with a .353 average and 4 home runs with 10 RBIs in 17 at-bats. Bonilla is currently in his freshman year at Missouri State University.

Brandon Paez was an impact player for his two seasons on the Dawgs Academy 18U Black team, splitting time between second base and shortstop defensively with Machej. Coming off of a solid Fall season in his freshman year at the University of Utah, Paez will look to make an impact this spring at Utah and carry it into the summer for the Dawgs.

Chase Logan came up through the Dawgs Academy starting at the 15U level and graduating in 2024 on the 18U Black team where he was arguably the best defensive catcher and was a consistent contributor offensively. Logan is currently at Linn-Benton CC where he plays for Andy Peterson and is slotted to be the starting catcher for the Roadrunners this upcoming Spring. Look for Logan to share catching duties this summer for the Dawgs.
