Okotoks, AB – The Okotoks Dawgs delivered a dominant performance against the Lethbridge Bulls in a 26-2 win in front of 4487 fans at Seaman Stadium. It was the first 5 O’ Clock Saturday of the year where the Dawgs sported their blue “Margaritaville” uniforms. The Dawgs pounded out 19 hits and added another errorless game to their season.
The Dawgs’ dominant offence was led by Cal Gates (Indiana University), who went 3 for 4 at the plate with two runs, one home run, four RBI and two walks. Ricardo Sanchez (Gonzaga University) was another major offensive contributor, who went 3 for 4 with five runs, 2 RBI, and two walks.
