The Okotoks Dawgs delivered a dominant offensive performance on Thursday, July 30 to defeat the Sylvan Lake Gulls 12-1. The Dawgs strung together 13 hits including three home runs, putting on a show for the 5255 fans that made it to Seaman Stadium.

Nash Crowell (Tennessee Tech University) powered the Dawgs offence with a remarkable 3-for-4 performance, launching two home runs, scoring three runs, and driving in eight RBI. Jayden Lusk (Vernon College) added a double and a home run, while Jordan Kievman (Wright State University) reached base four times, going 2-for-3 with two doubles, three runs scored, two RBI, and two walks.

Logan Rumberg (George Mason University) delivered a sharp six-inning outing, surrendering just one run on five hits and striking out eight. Will Labonté (University of Portland) kept the momentum going with two shutout innings in relief.

The Dawgs head to Sylvan Lake to take on the Gulls on Friday, July 31, before returning to Seaman Stadium on Saturday, August 1 to host the Energy City Cactus Rats at 7:05 p.m. Fans can join the Dawgs for Fan Appreciation Night, including a special celebration honouring the 20th anniversary of Seaman Stadium.
