The Dawgs bats continue to be a driving force in the league as they beat the Lethbridge Bulls 8-4. The Dawgs had 15 hits on the night as they move to 20-5 on the season and sit first place in the WCBL.

Titus Dumitru (Linn-Benton CC, OR) would continue his dominance at the plate tonight as he went 2 for 4 with 2 RBI. Logan Grant (Bellevue University, NE) extending his hitting streak going 3 for 5 with 1 RBI. Cole Cramer (Linn-Benton CC, OR), Canon Reeder (Oregon State University, OR), and Brendan Luther (Bellevue University, NE) would all drive in an RBI in a 15-hit game for the Dawgs.

Noah Geekie (Emporia State university, KS) went 4 shutout innings tonight, striking out 3 of 16 Bulls faced. The Dawgs bullpen would enter and keep the Bulls bats in check, allowing only 5 hits and surrendering 4 runs in the victory.

The Dawgs return home to take on the Swift Current 57’s in a two-game series starting on June 29 th at 7:05pm.
