The Dawgs cruised past the Bombers on Saturday night 10-0. The Dawgs would finish the night with 8 hits, while the Dawgs pitching would cruise to a shutout striking out 12 Bomber batters in the victory. Tonight the Dawgs extend their winning streak to 12 as they move to 22-5 on the season and sit first in the WCBL.

Trent Lenhian (UBC) would get the Dawgs on the board first with an RBI single finishing the night 1 for 3. Aidan Rose (UBC) would hit a double in the first scoring 2 runs on the play bringing his RBI total to 9 on the season. Noah Geekie (Emporia State University, KS) would go 1 for 2 scoring an RBI in the win. Nash Crowell (Reinhardt University, GA) would pinch hit in the bottom of the sixth inning and launch a 2-run shot bringing his season total to 6.

Graham Brunner (Emporia State University, KS) would have a dominant outing tonight going 5 strong innings allowing 3 hits and no runs while recording 6 strikeouts. in the win. The Dawgs bullpen came in and continued to shut the Bomber's bats down allowing only 1 hit.

The Dawgs are set to hit the road for 7 games starting on Monday, July 3rd in Medicine Hat to take on the Mavericks, opening pitch scheduled for 7:05 pm. The Dawgs will travel to Moose Jaw to take on the Miller Express for two games starting on July 4th with opening pitch set for 7:05 pm.
