The Dawgs were unable to keep their impressive winning streak alive tonight losing 6-3 to the Moose Jaw Miller Express. The Dawgs will look to redeem themselves tomorrow night in the rematch. The Dawgs move to 23-6 on the season.

Cole Cramer (Washington State, WA) would go 2 for 5 tonight. Caleb Lumbard (Okanagan College) would go 2 for 2 and would score on a wild pitch for the Dawgs in the top of the 7th. Ricky Sanchez (Barton College, KS) would score 2 runs on a double in the top of the 9th but that was as close as the Dawgs would get. The Dawgs would only be able to muster up 6 hits in the loss.

Gavin Wuschke (Okanagan College) would go 3 innings tonight surrendering no hits, no runs and striking out 2 batters. The Dawgs bullpen would come in and run into a hitting display by the Miller Express. Brody Forno (Williston State College,ND) would go 2.2 innings allowing 1 hit, 2 runs, while striking out 3 .

The Dawgs will wrap up the quick two-game series at Ross Wells Park on July 5th with first pitch set for 7:05pm. The Dawgs will travel to Regina on July 6th to take on the Red Sox, opening pitch set for 7:05pm. Fans can stream Dawgs home and road games at www.hometeamlive.com.
